Who are we?
Gaasch Packaging, United Caps and VertiCo have united the Gaasch, Henckes and Muller families for over a century.
Over several generations of effort and development, they have always been able to get along, respect each other and work in the same direction: to ensure the continuity of their moral and family heritage. On the strength of this cohesion, they decided to create a foundation to unite their members around a common, intergenerational and mutually supportive project.
For centuries, the Muller family has been closely associated with the milling trade. Down the generations, this business has continuously evolved and diversified. Thanks to major strategic decisions and a long-term vision, in both the milling and baking sectors. The Moulins de Kleinbettingen have today become the undisputed national leader in these two sectors.
They are now part of the VertiCo group, alongside Fischer and Panelux, a move that further strengthens their position as the benchmark in the grain and bread business in Luxembourg.
Gaasch Packaging specialises in the distribution of durable primary packaging. Thanks to its expertise and privileged relationships with its production partners, it develops and supplies the packaging solution best suited to each customer's needs. It mainly serves customers in the food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
United Caps was born of the union of the Gaasch, Henckes and Muller families. The company has developed and specialises in plastic closure solutions. Caps may seem like a simple product, because they are part of our everyday lives, but developing and manufacturing them is complex and requires cutting-edge technology. Today, United Caps is a key player in Europe and is beginning to expand in Asia. Its customers are multinationals, often with a global presence.
